Don't divide 320h by 38.2, that's not a meaningful equation. You should know that the strips won't be fixed at 38.2V, that's only the voltage at a certain current (0.7A). Actual voltage will vary.

I have 24 strips in a ~1.2mx0.6m space, the more the better. There's no limit to how many you can have, asides practical limits of space to put them in.
