I have a light rail i made using the Gen2 Bxeb 2footers. 15 in total on the rail.
Wired + to + down 1 side of the rail, then - to - down the other side (Parallel??), connected to a HLG-320-20A.

Had it running for the last 2 years but today ive noticed that 9 of the strips are quite dim, the first 6 on the rail are fine and working as expected.
Getting this resolved quickly is quite critical.

Yesterday all was fine.

My initial thought was to take it down and just re-wire the strips using 18AWG again.

My build was from the original DIY strip build 3x3 data on here but seems i cant find the original plans they had on this website.
If they are still online, can someone post the link to them please (more for reference incase i need to do a rebuild).

Anyone else had the same issue?
Anyone resolved the same issue?
Anyone understand what the issue could be?

Thanks for reading.

I don't use Parallel / Daisy Chained circuits but if it's wired Parallel / Daisy Chained Circuit there could be;
  • Corrosion at the connectors,
  • Wire ends corroded,
  • Increased Voltage drop across the Daisy Chained Wiring, check Vdc including LED Driver output and or
  • PCB traces are damaged if there are more than 2 strips daisy chained...
