Hi everyone,

First of all thanks to everyone who takes the time to give advice and answer questions on this site.

Following the strip build guide on here, I am putting together two of the 24 of the Bridgelux Gen2 560mm strips 4 X 4 for a 8 x 4 area (480w each). The strips are 3500k and I would like to add some 660nm and 730nm. I have a vague idea.

With adding 660nm, I was thinking of getting 6 of cutters 660nm 560mm strips http://www.cutter.com.au/product/ssk-1560-emp-660/ per 4x4 light and running them around 48w , so 96w(12 strips) per 8x4 tent. Would a XLG-100-H-AB be a good match for 12 strips in parallel?

For adding the 730nm, I would like 2 strips of Tekniks buddies per 4X4 light so 4 strips for the 8X4 area. Would a XLG-50-A be good enough?

Appreciate any help thanks.

660- xlg100h : not a good driver match, the strips are 30V and that driver you want to be within 70% of max voltage (57V if i recall) or theres some efficiency derating on the driver side.

Can remember the specs of teks buddies, i think it was 24V but maybe this is for the pc reds/whites.

Thanks so much for the advice. Looks like I was way off.

Would a HLG-100H-30B or HLG-150H-30B be a good match? The 150H is slightly cheaper.

Yes, most probably. Me personal i like the A version cause you can regulate the voltage somewhat. Ideally youd get a voltage vrs amps table from cutter to see better.
