I have a aluminum friend that can make me 1/4” sinks. I want to make a 480w light with 4 qb288 and have each on a 1/4” sink. I’m going to make a frame with L bracket and put a panel in each corner.

Any idea what size I can get away with for the 4 individual sinks?

In my experience, for 480w QB, a bigger heat-sink size 600*600mm as a whole piece,
is much better than 4 pcs single small heat-sink pin together

I agree and was my original plan , I do want a better light spread then the 20x26” standard hog fixture.

Could I in theory cut the original 20x26 into 4 pieces and use those as my size per corner ? Or do things change when cut and not one mass ?

Thanks
