What is the MOQ?
You should be producing 560mm/2ft strips since major producers (Samsung and bridgelux) are using this size.
600mm strips are too big to fit in our 60cm tents.

Can single colors be driven on different channels?

A 500mm would be a nicer fit in a 60cm tent, considering how it concaves with negative pressure of an air pump. It also make assembling a DIY heatsink in Europe much, much simpler (U channels are commonly sold in metric 1/3m pieces.)

But that's just my 2c, I guess it depends on where it's being sold.

Anything below 60cm is good enough, with 50cm strips heatsinks are cheaper at least

I'm not an expert, but I think if you're supplementing with 660nm red, the 2700K diodes are probably unnecessary. I seem to recall Growmau5 covering some tests that Cree did with a mix of 4000K and 660nm.

How about if we put the blue460nm to replace the 660nm?

I don't see the advantage of 460nm. 660nm is supposed to help with flower and bud production.

Plus, mixing 4000k and 2700k is like having all 3500k pretty much.
