What driver(s) do you recommend for (9) QB288 V2 to their full potential? Preferably one that’s adjustable.

It would be nice to keep it simple and have 1. I’m open to have more than one.

All 9 will be used in 1 tent that’s 5x5.

How many total watts are you planning to run through them? And can you be more specific about what you mean by adjustable?

Close to maximum. Each board is rated for 165. 165x9=1485

Specific about adjustable? I want to be able to adjust the amount of power coming out of the driver. I believe the proper term is dimmable?

I was suggested HLG-600H-54B. Would that be sufficient for my needs?

How many square feet are you tryin to cover with these ? I'd say start there.

3 of those would do. Just make sure to get the dimmers set up first, so as not to run them too hot. 3 480W ones might do, as well, going for 100%+ load, with voltage or resistance dimming.

Really? 3 of those drivers?? Somethings not adding up. I’ve seen most drivers cost around $100 for running 3-4 lights. The driver I posted is around 200$.

I plan on running around 50 Watts a squar foot.
25 square feet x 50 watts = 1250 Watts

I don’t want to run the lights or drivers at their limits. I’ll get longer lifetime running these components at lower loads.

I’m open to have 3 different drivers if I need be but don’t mind paying for 1 driver that dims

50w/sf is overkill unless you're doing CO2, and even then 50w/sf is a lot.

30-35w/sf is the generally accepted target for non-co2 grows, 40-45w/sf for CO2.

I've found the best price per watt on the drivers is the 320's and the 240's. What Shimbob said I think is true too - the watts you're talking is if you had HID lights. 30w is minimum for LED - so lets say go for 40 and you can dim if needed. So that's a 1000w. I would do 3 panels on a 320w driver, that would be 38.4 give or take watts a square foot - you can crush it with that I think. I am running 3 QB288 V1 panels on a HLG 320 54A driver and they are kicking ass. This will still be relatively efficient too as you'll run the driver full out and the boards around 70% or so approx.
