G'day guys.

Im finally getting around to building a light for a 4x4 tent.

6 x 288.2s and 2 x hlg 320H-C1750H drivers

My dilemna, is how to arrange/ space the boards for optimum light spread. With 4 I would simply centre each board over each quadrant of the 4x4. With 6, i feel some areas would be receiving more light, while others less.

Im temped to just group them all together and let em throw light like an hps.

Any thoughts or tips so I can get to building this thing?

Thanks

Spread the boards as much as possible. The whole advantage of LEDs is being able to spread the diodes and get an even coverage. Bias the boards to the corners of the room/tent as the adjacent boards will also cast their light into the middle, if you don't do this you will likely end up with some really high intensity in the middle which can be challenging to grow under.
