I am thinking 2 QB288 bspec boards running in a 4x4 veg tent (assuming that hlg's rating for their lights are on point). I am new to LED lights as a whole and definitely to building diy quantum board lights. With that being said, I am looking for a driver to be able to run the setup with dimming, with the best possible efficiency. The build itself seems easy enough, i think. I have a very basic understanding of electrical, but will be bringing people on the project to i don't do nothin stupid. just a matter of getting the parts list in order ready to execute.

On another note, would 2 QB288 boards be enough for a 4x4 or should i aim for 4 boards, going back and forth since i know the hlg300l is 2 QB288 bspec boards rated for a 4x4 and the hlg 600 is 4 QB288 bspec boards. But im also aware many companies, especially led manufacturers, tend to over estimate the actual performance of their leds. HLG from what i can tell seems to be very reputable, can that rating be trusted.

Thank you for any replies in advance.
