What lighting is best for bedrooms?

For me, when I sleep, the indispensable thing is the night light, without it I would have a hard time sleeping. I like to use a night light with moderate light, not too strong. I have purchased and tried many different types of night lights, but none have satisfied me yet. So, I hope everyone can advise me on the best type of night light to use today.
