Great summary vid, thanks for sharing. Blueprints look really interesting. Almost regret choosing node red for new videos.

Your work will still be very helpful and valuable to all of us.

It looks to me, that Node Red can be moved over to BLUEPRINTS - I have seen some chat about this functionality. Time will tell I'm sure.

This link should save you some time with BLUEPRINTS:

I will definitely be using a combination of blueprint/automations and node red. An example would be I use an automation to trigger a boolean at a input_datetime which in HA works perfectly on time. In node red there is no great way to do this. Then NodeRed would take that boolean trigger and activate a list of entities which I can visually see and delete lines if I choose note to use them. would think most people would get by with just the blueprints. If I only used a few entities with each automation I would probably just stick with blueprint automations but, NodeRed seems to be better for adding and removing entities when needed out of huge flows.
Overall I like both and look forward to seeing some really nice blueprints coming out in the future. I believe it should make HA more user friendly. I had a hard time when I started 4 or 5 months ago. I knew nothing about coding. Now I'm comfortable writing yaml and I'm getting better at json.
P.S. I love the new input datetime in the automations! I hated writing input_datetime templates.
