Can someone tell me why when I copy and paste the Git Hub code for the ESP32 control box I get errors and it wont let me upload it? I'm baffled and have tried everything.

what are you trying to flash into esp32 ?
i've referred this tutorial recently to a noob friend and he successfully flashed a esp32 using the method from the tutorial :
