To control an ac infinity Cloudline fan you will need an optoisolator to interface the pi with the fan.

Ok. Any specs to require for my search? Once I have that, is it pwm driven by the pi or ?

Are you able to control your BN-Link sockets or just the S31s? I've got 12 of the BNs and hope there's a way.

all my fans ,120v heaters ,water heaters , dehumidifiers ,humidifiers , pumps, water solenoids , all 120volts ac devices i want to switch on/off , i use Sonoff S31 relays .
i also have baseboards heaters 240v ac , i'm using Sonoff R2 POW .
my LEDs im switch on/off and dimming with PWM ,i don't need a relay , but if i would need one ,i would use Sonoff once again .
all sonoffs can be flashed very easly with tasmota and tasmota is very easy to integrate into home assistant w/t MQTT .
plenty of tutorials on google .

now your BN-Link might be a Tuya , you have to search , i'm a Tasmota Fan so i stick to Tasmota compatible relays , and i love Sonoffs for my Green House

If this or similar works I should be ok.

The tuya word was key for the search. Thank you!

I'm running Sonoff S31s and BNLink BNC60s as well. They're epic value. I flashed the S31s using the solder method but the BNlinks can be flashed OTA using the method linked above. I feel the Sonoffs are better quality -- just a feeling.

I use two SparkFun optoisolator breakout boards, but there are others. It takes the 10V supply provided by my fan (a Cloudline S4) and sends it back to the fan after applying the pwm signal from the pi.

I now control two fans and a meanwell driver, it's nifty!
