Choice between Atlas Scientific EC probes

Hey guys, looks like Atlas Scientific has 3 different models of their EC probes:
Conductivity probe K 0.1
Conductivity probe K 1
Conductivity probe K 10
Looks like either of the first two should work well for hydroponic purposes but I figured I'd just pose the question to the group which one I should go with. Thanks guys
