Just found that cutter actually has
191 lm/w @ 700ma running at 43.4v, so something like 30w a board, at that high of efficiency. All be it in 80Cri, the 90 cri runs at around 140ish lm/w. And their nichia chips run at around 165ish lm/w at 90cri! All regarding the 3000k spectrum.
Why aren't these more popular regarding that their efficiency in the same cri as say bridgelux or samsung is exceptionally good?

I Have not heard of nitchia strips with such specs... interesting. Can you put a link there?

The Cutter boards are using NICHIA NF2W757G-V2F1 chips.

163 l/mw at 90 cri. I'm not to clued up as to weather the increase in cri is really worth the sacrifice in efficiency, but the efficiency of this chip is still right up there.

Here is another option, if its in stock somewhere. Soul semiconductor has two pretty efficient lines of midrange strips too, not too powerfull, but cheap as hell
