Hello everyone. I hope I'm posting this in the right spot?

Like title says, can't get my v.1 qb132s to turn on with my Lrs 75-36 drivers.
4x of each, tried different combos, none of em light up. Multimeter reads 36v, 0 current. Adjusting voltage knob doesnt turn them on either.

Strangely, when I switch the wiring, so board v+ connects to driver v- and board v- to driver v+, the boards will flash on and off and produce current with each flash, but varying readings. Eg 2.1a then 0.5a then 1.4a.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong, what's going on, or how I can get them to work?

Anyone else had success with Lrs 75-36 and qb132s?

Worst comes to worse, any recs for a similar, single driver setup with same specs? :(

Any help is greatly appreciated! Ty

Edit* picture is of reversed wiring fyi, wire 18g

I think this Lrs 75-36 is not a Light Led driver, its' a display led driver, I don't know the difference, but i'm sure there is one :)
You should look at ELG-75-36 or a ELG-75-36B 1 per board
or at the HLG-320H-36A 1 for the 4 boards

Wow never even considered that as a possibility. Thank you for the info and recommendations, I guess I will have to do some research on other drivers :/

Do you know if there is a way to tell it's an led driver?

Elgs look good. Do you Happen to know any cheaper options? Heh

On the MeanWell site : https://www.meanwell.com/
they appear to be in "display led" drivers and not in the "light led" drivers
Maybe is there a way for them to work, but I really don't know !!
For the cheaper , hum!!, Led drivers that I see used on led Lighting (strips, boards, cob, etc .... ) are always a bit expensive.
and meanwell is far from the most expensive
and a 90$ HLG-320H-36 is not so expensive running 4 boards vs you 4 Lrs 75-36 = 4 *18 = 72, it's a 18 $ difference

Ah ic, thanks a bunch for the info :D . Never would've guessed that was the issue. Looks like I'm gona have to try different driver (s) :/

Ya, ur right about the pricing, and running 1 driver is the cheaper option comparatively. Wanted single board but might just try to make a 4 board driver work

I've seen the lrs 350-36 successfully wired in other people's builds , thinking ill go with that.

If people are running 4 boards on an lrs 350-36 I don't see why it doesn't work on 1 board with your 75-35, the reason must be Elsewhere. I don't know if i can name Forums here, if you Google "lrs 350-36 QB132", you will find a forum in the firsts results, they seem to have lrs specialists :), you better look there

I think I know who you're talking about n I think I ended up talking to him lol.

He insisted the drivers should work and to turn down the voltage.

Turns out the voltage needed to be turned down but also the v+/v- on the boards or drivers are mislabeled!

Appreciate your help man! If youre ever in socal/LA area n wantin some clones, hit me up, I got u! Try the other site tho, same name, I don't get notifications from this site :p

Hello, did he provide a tip for you regarding how to lower tension ?
Looks like the 75-36 isn't dimmable !!
Nice thinking for the clones, but we are separated by 5704 Miles :)
Hope you will find how to run them without to much money!!

Ya got em working. Drivers have a voltage knob on side, just need multimeter and screwdriver to set it :D
