Aloha & Dennis Brown has been at the forefront of UV and cannabis since 1985. You were asking for more information on UV and then treat the knowledge like some kind of joke? https://www.solacure.com/horticulture.htmlgrisbi wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2019 10:25 pmYou cannot put interview from a commercial website ... loool its not objectiv at allMarine2143 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2019 10:10 pmDennis Brown has been a leader in UV for years. Aloha & The problem with UV is short life cycles. Like Dr. Barber said there is more work to do with lifespan and optics. What we notice in Hawaii with elevation the same clone seems to have thinner leaves more THC and terpenes than the ones at sea level.

Now THAT sounds like an observation worthy of a study. If cannabis can be morphologically altered by air pressure (via elevation here) to a noticeable degree, it could become commercially profitable to control that variable.Marine2143 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 09, 2019 8:22 pmAloha & The problem with UV is short life cycles. Has anyone seen a study on this? Is Rocky Mountain High a thing?

Aloha & It has been studied by my friend Arjan.. An Indica like clone on the valley floor will change to Sativa like at an elevation of over 2,000 meters.

Plants can be very sensitive to even pretty small changes in elevation. I think whats missing is a comparison with a clone at multiple elevations, where you get to say observe changes at say 100m intervals from sea level to mountains. Now that weed is legal someone will look into it soon enough. Maybe Arjan can sponsor such a study
