Flowering with qb 120s

I have four 3k and four 4k qb 120s. Will I be able to flower efficiently without adding any other lights I've I've heard a lot that they lack red and blue light spectrums.

I have done it and the bud was good. It's better and denser with with the 288 rspec though.
