Dimming multiple drivers simultaneously - Help needed
I was referring to the part that the driver has to be loaded to 90 ~ 95% of the rated output for the pot to give smooth and even dimming. Throw three drivers into the mix, all running different % load, I would think the chances of smooth and even dimming across all three would be hard to achieve.
Smooth isn't a problem but it did take some time to get honed in on the resistors I needed for each driver.
It's all separated back to individual pots now.
Now I am just wondering what is that behavior I am seeing when hooking up a resistor to the positive side of the resistor.
