I didn't find anything in the 420nm in a 2835 but I did find a decent UVB in that size
VioSys Z5 LEDs.
Did U go with the 2835 over the 2020 or 3535 for price or?
Thanks for the reply.
The 2835 package was chosen for availability and price of both LEDs and Prebuilt / Pre-Engineered PCBs (Had already ordered a few dozen Strips / PCBs after the initial tests, before the current price increases).
If 420nm Violet was available in 2835 they could possibly have been added to the four(4) series circuit of each strip (8S/4P), one (1) or more per circuit (multiples of 4, 8, etc per strip)
It does appear that 3030 and 3535 packages are more popular, but Bridgelux puts out competitive strips with 2835 LEDs (high quantity of cooler / softer running diodes per strip).

What do U think of the C series 420nm?
L1C1-VLT1000000000
It's a 2020 package but if U do decide to use the 2020

As I mentioned, they could work, rated at Vf: 2.8 - 3.0 and If: max 1225 mA. But they would require a custom PCB Strip if mounted with the SunPlus Purple 2835 LEDs. They could be installed on a Two - Channel Tuneable PCB Strip, but that would also need to be custom fabricated.
An accurate and relatively inexpensive means of testing the efficacy of these Supplemental Strips is the other consideration, currently working on a DIY fix for that also... viewtopic.php?f=27&t=5748
