90cri 2700k driver recommendations?
Thanks for the information. I only asked because I thought I had read somewhere that the 36ab driver will actually go up to 39 and is actually the better choice. There’s a very good chance I miss understood or something m not remembering correctly as it was a while back.
You are right, the -36 has been tested to go up to 8.9A and 40v, but that's not within the guaranteed specs. If you're feeling lucky you can try the -36 and see if it works for you, it's just a bit of a gamble. Worst case scenario it doesn't light up until you dim the current to where it does. 8.9A/10=.89A, strips would be around 39V, which could conceivably work.
Personally, I used an hlg-600h-42A to power 4' Q strips at 44V, worked great.

Honestly I’m a bit lost when it comes to electrical numbers. I’m trying to read and learn it but it’s a slow process. Im very confident I can build this light and it be safe as long as I know what parts are best for my application. I would like to be able to turn them up past the .7 maybe 25% more I would think.
