hey.
not been here for a while.
does anyone know where can I get some good strips for DIY?
I would prefer something like Pacific's photoboost.
ideally 2700K strips 90CRI + some reds included.
I was always using Samsung's F-series and these are just about great. but I would like to kick it in with some new technology and it seems like a bit of extra red is the path to follow.
where in EU can I get some killer strips?
cheers

I have the same plan and I'm looking for strips that are similar. I've found www.led-tech.de They have 50cm Alustripe with 98x Samsung LM301B LEDs that look alright. I personally don't care about reds but I could always add them later on. Finding aluminium extrusions is not an issue but how many would I need these strips to light up a 4x4 tent? 16 for 2 hlg 320 drivers?

Pretty sure you can use a US reshipper to get photoboosts, they were in stock the other day. They have no problem shipping to a reshipper last I checked.

Just add about 100-150€ to get the strips using a service like Stackry or something similar...

The expensive unit uses Cree XPG-3 Deep Red G bin, best bin, the lower cost uses our own Deep red diode, slightly lower efficacy than Cree and much better price
