Hello,

I made my build complete.
The driver (meanwell HLG 320-24b)
Is mounted on the frame.
If used a Grounded cable, but still i feel leaking current

I've mounted a shunt with amp meter and the voltage and current seems fine
Is use 28 Samsung H562D strips and run Them soft.

What am i doing wrong?

Check your earth is running correctly to ground through your mains electrical connection. You should be getting a shock. Take a few photos and show how you have set this up. The driver is grounded from the case itself onto the frame. Your earth needs to run back to your mains power earth
