ELG-240s are good for up to 240W each, but not knowing the specs of the boards we can't know exactly how close to that value you will actually get. Plug it into a Killawatt meter.

If somebody sells lights, and can't even tell you what the actual watts are, I'm not sure if I'd want to buy anything from them.
