COB kits from "manufacturer"
I bought from KingBrite in the past and they were great. I did plenty of research about them before the order to be sure about it. Everything was top quality, and shipping was a matter of days (impressive, coming from China.) The only sour point was precisely the cost of shipping, which isn't really their fault, and even with the high cost of shipping it was still cheaper than the other suppliers which offer "free shipping".
Bottom line: go for it
Bottom line: go for it
I got my COB and driver from Arrow
But couldn't find any cheap suppliers for those passive pre-drilled heatsinks (to europe). So might buy total package from KingBrite next time.

Wondering which site.
Anything secret, just a matter of costs. I find it is cheaper for me buying Artic Alpine 11 for 10eur from amazon and drill holes myself. Citizen 1212 gen6, 10eur/cob from ebay with dhl shipping.
I prefer to do some additional drilling work than paying so much for shipping.
