If nominal power (50% of max) is 13w per 2ft (700mA), then 20x that is only 260w. This is a level of power where people have reported you should be fine using aluminium sheet or simple U channel material etc. 320w would be about 16w per strip, which does not sound that different.
Be sure to use an adhesive like a thermal tape to ensure heat transfare, i totally messed up playing around with alternatives.

The driver will kick into constant current mode once you've put a full load on it. This driver has a 12-24v constant current region so you're good to go. Meanwell do have a 20v HLG320. But a 24v driver is more versatile ongoing. My 2c.
