Hey guys. I'm trying to wire up my power cord. I got this one for my hlg480B:

There is one green and two black wires. I thought there was supposed to be a white wire somewhere for neutral. Any idea how I can figure out which side to use?
Also I have a multimeter but have no idea how to use it.
Thanks
Zack
Power plug has 2 black wires. No white.
Is one of them grey, or black with some other marking (white stripe, dotted line, etc.)? Seems weird to have two solid black wires.

No. Completely black. I think the one with writing on it is hot. Tried it out and got absolutely nothing. I'm afraid to try it the other way and blow the lights or something if it's wrong.
Well i tried a different connector tonight too and it did nothing to fix it.
I've been ready to set this up for 2 days now but i'm stuck on this damn cord.
