You might have trouble ramming a 10ga wire into a bridgelux terminal. I'd stick with 18 for the strips.

There are a few tricks you can do with parallel wiring to reduce the effective circuit length your driver sees. I'm not responding for @Shimbob here, but personally if the driver was mounted to the light fixture I would work on getting my effective circuit length <4' (I'm not counting the strips here, I mean from the driver to strip and back to driver)

If the driver is mounted remotely, that's going to mean much longer runs. Longer runs mean more losses, and upsizing your wire would be a good thing to do.
